所有的基地
如果你的軍艦需要在修理廠整修
不一定非要在海外海軍基地整修
我們可以和他國相處得更好
如果我們沒有這些龐大的
分佈在80個國家的美國海外軍事基地
美國通過這些基地對他國的政治插手
美國軍事基地到處都是
因為美國的戰略是我們不想被趕出這裡
我們需要一個不想把美國趕出去的政府
但這個政府卻說我們不希望你們在這裡
也許我們必須推翻這個國家政權
這是非常不利於世界穩定的
中國有能力
也應該和其他國家一起成為堡壘
教導美國也要遵守國際法
遵守不干涉原則
在國際關係中應當遵守美德與和諧
而不是對抗
世界應該是和諧的
因為我們有很多共同利益
我們不需要這種不斷的挑釁
不幸的是
這已經成為美國的外交政策

the United Nations uh will be 80 years
old next year that's not a lot of time
in human history we've only had one
century so far of attempting
international law it started with the
League of Nations which didn't work uh
now we have the UN which is very fragile
and the US has increasingly turned its
back on its own creation but I don't
want to give up on the UN and I believe
that for China's interest by the way
interest as well as its Vision a strong
un system is the right kind of system
the United States does not recognize the
doctrine of non-intervention the United States is
the number one user of sanctions not un
sanctions us unilateral sanctions that
is intervention in other countries of
the United States funds agencies like
the national Democratic Institute and
others to actually get into the internal
politics of other countries are you
kidding handle our own politics we have
enough problems agreeing on anything
inside the United States don't medle in
the internal affairs of other countries
and the United States has 750 overseas military bases
what I propose is we end all overseas
military bases all of them you know if
if your Naval vessel needs a refurbishing in a in a Naval Yard
doesn't have to be an overseas Naval
Base to do it we could get along better
if we didn't have all of this massive 80
countries of over sees US military bases
where the US medals in the internal
politics just about every place where it
has a military base because then the US
strategy says oh we don't want to get
kicked out of here we need a government
that doesn't want to throw us out uh but
this government says we don't want you
here oh maybe we have to have a regime
change operation in this country uh and
so this is very destabilizing China can
be should be a work along with all the
rest to teach the US also abide by
international law abide by the doctrine
of non-intervention abide by virtue and
Harmony in international relations it
doesn't have to be a war of all against
all it should be Harmony because we have
enough to do together that we don't need
this constant provocation which is
unfortunately what has become US foreign
policy
