A double rapist, who had a £10,000 sex change operation behind bars, has been put in segregation at a women-only prison after making unwanted sexual advances on inmates.
Martin Ponting, 50, a father-of-three, became Jessica Winfield in jail after being sentenced to life imprisonment in 1995.
She was moved in March this year from male-only HMP Whitemoor, in Cambridgeshire, to HMP Bronzefield in Surrey - Europe's largest female prison.
Now, it has emerged that she was segregated last week due to reports of her making inappropriate advances on her fellow inmates.

A source told The Sun: 'It beggars belief why a convicted double rapist like Jessica is allowed to mix with females despite still have her penis intact.
'Prison bosses were worried she would try it on with inmates and their fears have come true. Inmates were furious to be lumbered with a convicted rapist in the first place and they're even more angry now.'
Discussing her sexuality in the prisoners' newspaper, Inside Time, in 2007, Winfield claimed she was targeted in prison because of her sexuality.
She said: 'I changed my name to that of a female to prove to the authorities and everyone concerned that I am very serious about my gender and that I do not feel right being a man.
'I feel like a female trapped in a male body.'
But furious campaigners expressed their outrage at the decision.
Transgender prisoners were permitted to right to have gender surgery in 1999 when kidnapper John Pilley and five other inmates, including a murderer, launched a legal challenge to have surgery on the NHS.

Prisoners must pass rigorous psychological tests to demonstrate they genuinely want to change sex and are not just seeking special treatment
Pilley, who was sentenced to life in jail for the kidnapping of a taxi-driver, Linda Charlesworth, in 1981, became the first prisoner to undergo a sex change.
Then in 2009 a High Court ruling enabled transgender prisoners to transfer to different sex jails.
Prisoners must pass rigorous psychological tests to demonstrate they genuinely want to change sex and are not just seeking special treatment.

2007年，已经服刑多年的他突然给一份囚犯专供的报纸《Inside Time》写信，
在信中，他声称自己有性别认同障碍：
“我觉得我拥有这女性的灵魂，却被困在了男性的驱壳里。” Martin在信中这样说道。
为了证明自己确实不想当男人，
他还将自己的名字改成了更加女性化的，Jessica Winfield：

就在他的外貌已经接近女性化，可丁丁仍然还在的时候，
他再一次向狱方投诉表示，自己的变性人身份已经被多名男囚犯给“盯上”了，
处境非常危险，随时可能遭到侵犯，
因此，狱方决定在他还没接受切除生殖器官手术前，先将他转往另一间女子监狱。
这所监狱是全欧洲最大的女子监狱，名叫MP Bronzefield。
今年3月，Jessica转狱的消息一经传出，瞬时就引发了非常大的争议，
首先，就她此前性侵过的受害者来看，对方表示这简直不可理喻：
“他也许可以改变自己的身体，但他邪恶的大脑是不会变的。”受害者在接受采访时表示…
再则，MP Bronzefield监狱的管理者也对此表达过了很强的担忧，
毕竟这是一名强奸犯，万一变性只是个套路，
她又故技重施在女囚犯身上呢？

截至目前，Jessica已经以变性人的身份在这所女子监狱服刑近半年了，

根据上周狱方的一份报告显示，Jessica由于在狱中对多名女囚犯进行性骚扰，
已经被转入了隔离牢房…
原来，说啥性别认知障碍都是假的，她只是想换个方法继续性侵女性…

不少人甚至怒火中烧的表示，再不把这个人渣赶走，
她们就只能用自残的方式来引起当局的重视了…
根据媒体事后的采访，
Jessica的前妻Sharleen Ponting则毫不意外的向记者表示：
“我就知道会搞出这种乱子，
他已经是公认的强奸犯，不管是谁想出把强奸犯关进女子监狱，那一定都是疯了…”

目前，HMP Bronzefield的发言人表示，他们不会就个别囚犯发表评论，
但看到这个新闻后的民众们则再次表达自己强烈的不满：
“哦…所以为啥没人想到这事儿会发生？”
“真是笑话…一个强奸犯被转移到女子监狱！当英国人真的尴尬”
“真是个天大的笑话。”
